We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and versatile Interim Marketing Manager to join our B2B Marketing team for 4 months as we scale SBX, our consumer behaviour platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the cutting edge of innovation in the consumer insights and MarTech space, marketing to some of the world’s leading brands and connecting with Insights, Brand, and Marketing leaders.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving pipeline, growing revenue, and boosting customer engagement. You’ll take ownership of 360-degree marketing initiatives, working across a full mix of channels to ensure everything aligns with our commercial goals. You’ll also manage cross-functional projects, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, as well as an extended network of agency partners and contractors.
We’re looking for a well-rounded marketer who thrives on their ability to combine project management with creativity and hands-on execution. What you’ll do
Demand Generation & Campaign Management: You’ll plan and deliver impactful, end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand awareness, generate demand, and grow the pipeline. Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, you’ll create tailored campaigns that engage clients and prospects alike.
Content Strategy & Creation: You’ll work with the marketing team to organise and execute the content strategy that includes the creation of materials such as press releases, email campaigns, blog posts, case studies, webinar decks, whitepapers and videos.
Project Management: Keeping everything on track will be second nature as you manage projects and timelines, working with internal teams, freelancers, and contractors. You’ll prioritise tasks, delegate when needed, and ensure campaigns and collateral—like website pages and sales tools—are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Freelancer & Vendor Management: You’ll coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to make sure we get the best results efficiently and on budget.
Analytics & Reporting: You’ll monitor the success of campaigns and channels, analysing their impact on key marketing KPIs. You’ll also provide insights and recommendations to improve pipeline quality and optimise ROI.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders to align on strategy, secure buy-in for initiatives, and present results.
Conversion Optimisation: Using data-driven insights, you’ll identify opportunities to boost conversion rates at critical points in the marketing funnel, helping us turn prospects into long-term customers.

You’re a proactive and resourceful marketer who thrives in the fast-paced world of SaaS. Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution comes naturally to you, and you excel at managing multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with teams across the business.
Skills & experience:
- You’ve got 3+ years of marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS environment and a solid understanding of how the full mix of marketing channels and tools work together. Bonus points if you’ve worked with HubSpot!
- You’ve successfully planned and executed demand generation, account-based marketing, and content strategies, driving measurable results.
- Your organisational skills are second to none, and you’ve got experience managing cross-functional projects, coordinating external vendors, and keeping everything running smoothly.
- You’re a strong writer and storyteller, capable of creating and refining impactful content that aligns perfectly with brand messaging.
- You have a keen eye for design and detail and know how to brief and provide constructive feedback on creative work. You ensure that the collateral is on-brand, visually compelling, and polished to a high standard.
- You’re meticulous when it comes to checking your work (and others’) to ensure everything is accurate, polished, and aligned. You strive for excellence and aren’t afraid to double-check or ask questions to get things just right.
- With a curious and analytical mindset, you’re always digging into performance metrics, adapting strategies, and delivering results against KPIs and business goals.
- You’re great at working cross-functionally, securing buy-in from senior stakeholders, and presenting actionable insights that inspire confidence and alignment.
- You bring a "can-do" attitude and thrive in a team-oriented environment. You’re flexible, adaptable, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
